Horizontal lines and circular forms define the language, allowing the architecture to flow with the landscape of Labuan Bajo. The composition remains closely connected to its surroundings, extending from the terrain toward the water.
The experience unfolds as a gradual transition. From the main structure anchored on land, the architecture reaches outward into overwater villas, creating a subtle shift between stability and lightness. Set above the water, the villas open toward panoramic views of the turquoise sea, reinforcing a continuous relationship with the horizon.
TA’AKTANA reflects an approach where architecture exists in dialogue with its environment, offering a way of dwelling that is both grounded and connected to the fluidity of the sea.
